- Common European Framework Certificate of English Proficiency: Candidates should have a minimum overall grade of C1, valid for three years from the date of the test to the date of commencement at CDU.
- Navitas Academic English (Option available for 2020 intakes only, not available for 2021 onwards): Candidates should have a minimum overall pass and 65% in Academic English 3 as well as a 65% pass in the research essay. Research courses require a minimum overall pass of 65% in Academic English 3 as well as a 75% pass in the research essay.
- Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic module: Candidates should have a minimum overall score of 58 with no score lower than 50.
- TOEFL Internet-based Test (iBT): Candidates should have a minimum overall score of 79 with a minimum writing score of 21.

The annual tuition fee for international students for a full-time study of 80 credit points (1.0 EFTSL) is AUD 29,616.00.
This amount is subject to annual increases each year of the student’s study, effective at the start of each calendar year.
