Admission Alert: BTech (CSE – Data Science) by Christ University: Christ University opened admissions for Bachelor of Technology (Computer Science and Engineering – Data Science) from 3rd January 2021 until 31st May 2021. How to apply?

2. Verify via your email or OTP.
3. Fill the application form online.
4. Upload photographs.
5. Pay the application fee amount of INR 5000(non-refundable.)

Candidates should check the status of their admission application at Christ University’s official app.

Selected candidates for the BTech in CSE (Data Science) will receive an E-Offer of admission from Christ University that will be valid up to the date mentioned in the Offer of admission. 

Documents Required:

• Class 10 and Class 11/12 Marks Statement.
• Transfer Certificate of Class 12 from the last qualified institution has to be submitted by 15th July 2021.
• All candidates have to submit their Class 12 Migration Certificate (except Karnataka state board applicants) by 15th July 2021.
• One passport size and a stamp size photograph in formal dress with a white background.
• Two Copies of the Online Payment Receipt.
• Copy of valid ID proof (Aadhar Card / PAN Card / Voter ID Card/ Aadhar Enrolment Receipt).
• Candidates belonging to any of these categories (NRI / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS/ PIO )are required to submit:

1. A Copy of Passport & Visa Details.
2. OCI / PIO has to produce a copy of the card, whichever is applicable.
3. Medical Fitness Certificate from any recognized medical practitioner certified by the Medical Council of India and
4. Resident Permit (If available while applying for the course)

It is mandatory for the BTech CSE (Data Science) candidates to submit the documents mentioned above for verification during the admission process.

The program allows you to:

• Utilize Data Science principles to formulate the appropriate solutions for real-world difficulties.
• Assess the models of data analysis, quality of inputs and investigate the issues.
• Analyze Social Relevant Problems and design solutions through Service Learning.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates are required to have cleared the +2 level (Karnataka PUC / CBSE / NIOS / ISC / State Boards) Examination from any recognized Board.
• They should have studied Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics at +2 level and obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics and 50% in Mathematics.
• Candidates writing the +2 examinations in March-May 2021 may apply with their class tenth and twelfth score.

Students pursuing an International curriculum should note that eligibility is according to AIU stipulations:

• Applicants pursuing IB curriculum must have 3 SL 3 HL with 24 credits.
• Applicants pursuing Edexcel / GCE must have a minimum of 3 A levels with a grade not less than C.

Lateral Entry:

• Candidates who have completed the three-year diploma in Engineering can apply for lateral entry into engineering programs.
