Eligibility Criteria
Interested students for Masters in Artificial Intelligence, can apply by meeting the following eligibility criteria for each option:
Academic Requirements —
Entry-level 1: Duration: 1.5 years full-time, three years part-time
- An Australian undergraduate degree in a cognate discipline relating to IT, or
- An engineering or science degree with an IT major including programming and mathematics, with at least a 65% average, or
- A qualification deemed by the faculty to be a satisfactory equivalent.
Entry-level 2: Duration: 1 year full-time, two years part-time
- A four-year Australian honors degree in a recognized cognate discipline relating to IT, or
- A science or engineering degree with an IT major, including mathematics and programming. Along with a research thesis including at least 37.5% of a one-year full-time load. And with at least a 65% average or a qualification deemed by the faculty to be a satisfactory equivalent.
English language requirements are as under:
⦁ A minimum overall band score of 6.5 on IELTS (Academic) with no sub-score of less than 6.0
⦁ OR a minimum score of 575 on TOEFL.
⦁ OR an internet-based (iBT) TOEFL score of 79 (no sub-score less than 19)
⦁ OR an overall score of 58 in the Pearson Test of English (Academic) with no score less than 50.
English test results must be no more than two years old.
