The Heider Mindset Curriculum is a holistic approach to business education covering on six distinctive mindsets, Analytics Mindset being one of the mindsets. The goal is to impart analytics and data science skills to graduate students, along with their specific disciplines.
According to Gartner, 15% of all customer interactions will be handled by AI chatbots by 2021, an increase of 400%.
