The digital experience analytics platform, Contentsquare, gives businesses a sneak peek into how and why users interact with their websites, mobile, and apps. The company scored $190 million in Series D funding bringing the total funding to $310 million.
BlackRock‘s Private Equity Partner’s Team led the round, with previous investors’ participation. Furthermore, Sapiance Capital Ltd is offering credit to the company.
The company’s Series C round of $60M funding took place in January 2019.
Contentsquare aims to empower brands to curate “better experiences.” Founded in 2012, the company provides recommendations by analyzing customer behavior through the web, mobile, and app interactions. Contentsquare helps companies increase revenue, growth, and engagement.
The company claims that it can identify the reason behind a company’s low conversion rates and make suggestions on how to improve them. The improvements could include making changes to specific content elements or pages, maybe both.
The software integrates a broad set of data, including UX, content, pricing, product, technical performance, and acquisition channel- throughout the entire digital customer journey to enable improved conversion rates.
