In the light of coronavirus pandemic, we saw dozens of tech conference cancellations this year. To keep the spirits up, IBM announced they were turning their developer’s conference, Think 2020, into a digital event. Following IBM’s footsteps, Rockwell Automation, the automation leader, announced launching a series of free events online<\/strong>, called VirtualConnect<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The virtual event is set to take place on May 12 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.(CET).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The idea behind launching VirtualConnect is to give manufacturers an insight into how technology can solve the operational and strategic challenges<\/strong> that occur. The virtual platform will enable them to follow learning programs, “walk through” the digital showroom and network among peers and with experts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The virtual event will elaborate on how Intelligent technology can help users gather data and make better decisions to optimize operational efficiency and increase productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event shall enable the attendees to communicate with Automation experts in real-time <\/strong>to gain a better understanding of the products and solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The industry is agile <\/strong>and is embracing digital tools<\/strong> with open arms to maintain continuous learning remotely, and this is clearly visible through the announcement of the launch of the VirtualConnect events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
