Russian researchers from Open University for the Humanities and Economics and HSE University presented AI that can judge people&#8217;s character from photographs even better than human raters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the article &#8220;<strong>Assessing the Big Five personality traits using real-life static face images<\/strong>,&#8217; the researchers have made predictions based on facial appearance. The report, published in <strong>Scientific Reports<\/strong>, noticed that the predictions are more reliable in females than in males.<br>One can use this technology to find the &#8220;perfect match&#8221; in dating, customer service, or online tutoring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The researchers have collaborated with BestFitMe, a Russian-British business start-up, to train AI to make personality predictions.
